We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based north of London, who are looking to appoint a Tenancy Sustainment Officer on a temporary basis until March.

This will be a full-time position based in Letchworth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing tenancy sustainment advise to those needing to maintain their tenancies.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing support to vulnerable tenants in order for them to maintain their tenancies
• Utilising good working knowledge of Universal Credit to help with benefit applications
• Assisting with day to day tasks
• Dealing with hoarding or ASB in rare cases

Experience required:

• Tenancy sustainment
• Universal Credit knowledge

Working hours:

• 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
