Job description
We are currently partnering with an award-winning integrated design, property and construction consultancy based in London, who are recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor and an Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

These are full time positions, the salary band for the Senior position is between £60,000 - £70,00 and the salary band for the Associate position is between £70,000 - £85,000.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a range of client projects on behalf of the firm, managing and mentoring a team of junior members along the way
- Collaborating with external stakeholders to understand the client’s full needs, and seek opportunities for new client development
- Producing tender documents including specifications, preambles and preliminaries
- Completing management reports and communicating progress and forecasts to the client team, including all pre and post contract management duties
- Attending sites, site meetings and any further internal or external meetings as required
Experience required:
- A background in consultancy
- Previous experience working for public sector clients
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- MRICS or MCIOB
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently
- Full UK driving license
