OUR PROCESS
What to expect
We take a human, thoughtful approach to every single recruitment process we take part in. Our consultants are trained to take all expectations from both clients and candidates into account at all times throughout the entirety of the process.
Step 1:
Start with an initial phone call with one of our specialist recruiters, professionally trained in the sector and region you are located in, where you can share information on the vacancy you have, the type of candidates you want, and your expectations as a client.
Step 2:
The consultant will then contact any known candidates that are known to be searching for a job, and they think will be a good fit for the role.
Step 3:
The dedicated consultant will then mailshot our internal database, sharing the job description with candidates, allowing the talent pool to be wider and find any potential matches for the role.
Step 4:
If the role is not yet filled, the consultant will advertise on external job boards (CV Library, Reed, LinkedIn etc.). 70% of our roles are filled before posted, so we only post 40% of our jobs to avoid disappointed candidates.
Step 5:
The consultant will search external job boards for any potential candidates, and contact them about the role.
Step 6:
Now that there is a strong relationship between the consultant and the client, as well as the consultant and the candidates, the consultant will consistently stay in touch throughout the process; providing a shortlist of candidates, giving feedback to candidates after interviews etc, until the role is successfully filled.

We operate from 3 offices located in Birmingham, Leicester and London, however our teams work across different dedicated regions from our core offices.
