Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Essex, who are recruiting for a temporary Tenancy & Estate Officer on a 4 months contract. The position is due to start immediately and the hourly rate of pay will be negotiable, depending on experience

The ideal candidate will have used the Northgate system previously, have a basic DBS certificate, and drive with access to their own vehicle

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Dealing with tenancy issues across a patch of 600 properties
  • Carrying out estate inspections
  • Carrying out recommendations as a result of FRAs
  • Undertaking tenancy audits
  • Managing estate-based ASB e.g. hoarding
  • Dealing with crossover applications and land grabs

36 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
