Job description
We are currently partnering with a reputable charity based in North Somerset, who are recruiting for a Service Manager to join their redeveloped team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary band of £32,577.00 - £44,075.00 per annum, and the start date is subject to notice.
This is a leadership role for an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Lead and manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant support
Drive quality, inspection readiness, safeguarding, and continuous service improvement
Lead, develop, and support staff through supervision, coaching, and performance management
Maintain oversight of budgets, resources, and service sustainability
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioning bodies
Essential / Desirable Criteria:
Hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it
Proven experience managing adult services and leading teams
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
