Our client, a Housing Association based in Richmond, is currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join their growing team, on a permanent basis!

The position is due to start as soon as possible and on a full-time basis. The salary for this role is £31,000 per annum and they will be looking to book in interviews for next week.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly residents, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and also have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing schemes across Richmond to elderly residents ages 55+
• Carrying out viewings, sign ups, voids and mutual exchanges
• Conducting health and safety checks including; fire risk assessments, safeguarding and trip hazards
• Advising on welfare and benefits available

Working hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
