We are proud to be partnering with a local, Chartered Surveyor’s, a team of passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable commercial property professionals, who are looking to appoint a Sales and Marketing Assistant on a temporary (initially around two months) to permanent assignment.

This will be a full-time position based in a scenic part of Leicestershire, full time in the office, Monday – Friday. The rate for the temporary assignment is £12.00 – £14.00 per hour and the permanent salary is £25,000 per annum.

Our client is looking for somebody who is keen, proactive and ambitious and will fit well within their small but dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or recent school leaver and it’s a great place to start your career!

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing administration and customer support for the overall company
• Answering the telephone, making notes and redirecting the call to the relevant person
• Formatting and collating reports regarding company information
• Taking information from calls and inputting into the database
• Completing general administrative duties including filing, keeping the database up to date
• Arranging appointments in the officer diary and scheduling appointments
• Dealing with social media posts and updating the website using buffer

Experience required:

• A good telephone manner
• Able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of computer systems
• Ability to learn on the role and quickly
• Five GCSE’s graded C or above (or equivalent)
• A-Levels/a Degree are desirable but not essential

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM
