We are currently working in partnership with a surveying consultancy firm, who are recruiting for a Retrofit Assessor on a 3 – 5 month temporary contract in South West Wales.

The position is due to start immediately, on a full-time basis. The breakdown of rates is:

• Assessments on houses/bungalows £115

• Assessments on flats/maisonettes £110

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 Retrofit Accreditation, have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Undertaking retrofit assessments and social housing units

• Delivering retrofit focused home visits or surveys with minimal support

• Liaising with other staff in the Retrofit & Admin team to ensure effective project development and delivery

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions

• Logging the information accurately on the client’s software

Experience required:

• Level 3 Retrofit Accreditation

• Basic DBS

• Full UK driving license

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri

• Site/home based
