​We are currently partnering with an established Law Firm based in Herefordshire, who are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This role can be offered on either full time or part time hours, and is based out of their central Hereford office.

The salary on offer for the role is between £35,000 to £45,000 subject to PQE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling a standard mix of residential property matters

• Dealing with freehold and leasehold matters, high value sale and disposals

• Acting on restrictive covenants, purchase packs and finalising mortgage details

Experience required:

• Experience required in Residential Conveyancing

• Minimum 5 years PQE (Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive)

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm

• Will accommodate part time candidates
