We are currently working with a leading national support services provider who are looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter, on an initial three month temporary contract.

This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to sites within Shropshire, and working hours can be flexible as per candidate requirements.

​

Daily duties will include:

• Managing a case load of up to 70 live vacancies, consisting mainly of Support Workers

• Leading on sourcing of suitable candidates, through head hunting and applications

• Posting job adverts on numerous external jobs boards

• Utilising social media, databases and jobs boards to attract candidates

• Screening candidate CVs to ensure suitability to the role

• Conducting initial interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability

• Supporting with pre-employment checks and onboarding as required

Experience required

• 2+ years working as a Recruiter

• Skilled at attracting and sourcing talent

• Good understanding of compliance

​

Working pattern:

• Up to 40 hours pw (flexible)

• Monday – Friday

• Mainly working from home (occasional travel to sites)
