Job description
Our client, based in Berkshire, is currently recruiting for a Property Disposals Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary on offer is between £55,000 - £70,000 plus a car allowance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in disposals or lettings, open to nationwide travel to leasehold properties and also have access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Being responsible for either the disposal or letting of a proportion of the company’s leasehold properties, mitigating losses and identifying opportunities
Negotiating and executing leasehold property transactions, including sales, leases and acquisitions
Managing the ongoing maintenance, upkeep and utilisation of leasehold properties
Liaising with landlords/agents to negotiate the best option for exiting leases or subletting
Supporting the Head of Estates in delivering property strategy
Experience required:
Worked in both residential and commercial property
Experience of working on projects through to completion
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Well-organised with excellent time management
Excellent attention to detail
Understands property compliance extensively
Good stakeholder engagement and is able to build good working relationships

Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5pm
Core hours: 10am – 4pm
