Our client, based across the country, is currently recruiting for a Project Lead Surveyor on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start on notice at earliest availability. The salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 with an additional £4,000 car allowance plus further benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in social housing with local authorities and have stock condition experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting the Building Consultancy team with inducting surveyors and managing them on various nationwide stock condition programmes

• Taking queries and helping surveyors with any technical or project issues

• Quality assuring data from live projects to ensure surveyors are completing surveys to a high level

• Completing some stock condition surveys when necessary to hit targets

Experience required:

• Social housing experience

• Stock condition experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good communication skills

• Ambition to get stuck into the workload of the team
