Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Team Leader on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start as soon as possible and the salary is £41,250.

The ideal candidate will have team leader/management experience and strong service charge knowledge.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a team of x4 Home Ownership Officers
• Dealing with lots of service charge and high-risk cases
• Managing complaints
• Promoting and enforcing team collaboration
• Carrying out Section 20 consultations

Experience required:

• Experience required in team leadership/management
• Experience working with service charge

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible daily working hours between 8am – 6:30pm
