Job description
Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Managing Agent Liaison Officer on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start as soon as possible and the salary is £34,000.
The ideal candidate will have team leader/management experience and strong service charge knowledge.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Monitoring managing agents' budgets and accounts to ensure compliance with legal agreements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for residents regarding managing agent issues and attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other resident forums to address concerns.
- Proactively managing communication to prevent unexpected cost increases and improve transparency.
- Working closely with internal teams, including Development, Neighbourhood Wardens, and Estate Services.
Experience required:
- Experience required in team leadership/management
- Experience working with service charge

- Flexible daily working hours between 8am – 6:30pm
