​Our client, with operations across the South West, are currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Operative on a permanent basis to cover their properties in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the salary banding for the role is £32,5000 to £34,500 a year.

The successful candidate will hold a full UK Driving License and live within a commutable distance of both Wiltshire and Gloucester.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working as part of the organisations Trade Team within the Major Works, Responsive, or Void Teams

• Reporting to a Site Supervisor and completing tasks as instructed

• Carrying out a range of planned works, void works and maintenance tasks to keep properties to a high standard, in line with the role skills framework

• Repairing or replacing items as required to ensure homes remain safe, functional and well-maintenance

• Completing all work in line with health and safety procedures, policies and legislation

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing or domestic properties
