Our client, based in Gloucestershire, is currently recruiting for three Kitchen and Bathroom fitters on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary is circa £33,934.12 per annum with a van and fuel card included.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience completing Kitchen and Bathroom refits, working in domestic properties and carrying out work on a first-time fix basis.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Ripping out/Fitting Kitchen and Bathrooms across domestic properties

• Delivering brilliant services and support for customers and colleagues by communicating effectively and delivering high quality work

• Ensuring all homes are safe and fit for purpose on completion of all work

• Undertaking tasks using accepted trade practices such as plumbing, carpentry plastering, concreting, bricklaying, flooring and decorating

• Completing all works or repairs on a first-time fix basis, on the occasions where this is not possible, arrange appropriate follow-on work or works by informing your team leader

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working within tenanted and void properties

• Experience working to a first-time fix basis

• 40 hours per week

• 08:30 – 17:30
