Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in South West London, who are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their growing team on a 9-week temporary basis.
Our client is proud to be recognised as fantastic educational body with rich history and heritage.
This is a full-time position with anegotiable rate (subject to experience) and the start date is the 1st of July.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Partnering effectively with recruiting managers to deliver customer focussed, proactive and highly efficient recruitment support, that promotes inclusion and co-production with people we support
Maintaining the ATS (applicant tracking system) to ensure accurate records of full recruitment campaigns, communicating outcomes accordingly and providing reports as necessary
Reviewing recruitment documentation sent through by hiring managers ensuring and advising on compliance with legislation, internal policy and best practice
Applying for references
Managing and maintain the HR inbox
Organising interview and full induction processes
Experience required:
Experience in HR is highly desirable
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Proven organisational skills
Working hours:
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
