We are currently supporting a well-known housing association with the recruitment of a Housing Officer covering a patch of properties in Exeter, to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £32,360 per annum and the start date is subject to notice - and the role comes with flexible hybrid working!

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for managing a patch of approximately 400 properties
• Dealing with estate management issues, and conducting estate walkabouts
• Dealing with low level Anti-Social Complaints and Cases and collating and gathering evidence
• Responsible for tenancy continuation, allocations and other tenancy related aspects
• Handling low level Rent Arrears, including collection and rent arrears
• Passing tenants to on to the correct external support agencies
• Completing visits and wellbeing checks

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience of managing a patch of properties

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
