We are currently partnering with a Local Authority in the North West, who are recruiting for a Highways Solicitor to join the team on a locum basis, for 3-months initially with potential extension.

The role offers part-time hours over 4-days a week, and a rate of up to £60 p/hour UMB.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and progressing a caseload of Highways matters independently

• Handling and advising on section 278 agreements, stopping up orders, section 23 notices for pedestrian crossings, speed limit TRO’s and parking restriction TRO’s
