We are currently in the market for an Early-stage Income Officer on a 2-month temporary contract based in Manchester, on behalf of a large North West Housing Association.The position is full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5), 35 hours a week and offers 4 days home working!

The rate is currently negotiable up to £20 per hour via an Umbrella Company depending on experience.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Managing rent and service charge accounts up to court level
• Assist with tenancy sign-ups and chasing outstanding payments of former and current customers
• Provide basic welfare and benefit advice to maximise income for customers
• Take responsibility for income-related administrative tasks
• Work holistically with internal services to provide customers a well-rounded service and maintain high income collection
