​We are currently partnering with a nationwide provider of Housing, who are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join their growing team on a initially a 12 week basis, which has a chance to be extended beyond this.

This is a fully home working role, following a short period of office based training in Manchester.

Our client is proud to provide specialist housing and tenanted services to residents with learning disabilities across the UK.

The hourly rate for this role is up to £17 per hour on an Umbrella basis, based on experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Uploading information relating to specialist compliance certificates on Excel and in house systems, including information relating to EICRs, Fire Safety checks, Gas Safety checks and servicing of specialist equipment
• Updating in house ‘Fire safety trackers’ following specialist works and inspections carried out by compliance officers
• Liaising with tenants over the phone to confirm appointments for compliance officer
• Carrying out internal communication with compliance officers and the senior management team
• Visiting properties alongside the compliance officers as required (Very rare)
• Working alongside documentation relating to Asbestos, Legionella, Gas, Fire, Lifts, Electrics and Damp and Mould

Experience required:

• Experience working in Property Compliance
• A strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
