Job description
Our client, a Housing Association based in Lancashire, is currently recruiting for a Complaints Officer on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis with a salary of roughly £29,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in complaints within any sector or will have strong customer service experience within Social Housing or Local Authorities.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Speaking to customers regarding inbound complaints from tenants
Gathering information on complaints, and report on the findings
Checking written letters of response before they are sent to tenants
Passing complaints onto various teams and managers
Completing case work based on conversations
Experience required:
Experience required in Customer Service and Complaints
Experience working with customers within housing would be a bonus
