We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning Housing Association based in Middlesex, who are looking to appoint a Voids & Lettings Lead on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position with hybrid working (1-2 days home working per week, which is subject to increase after an initial 6-month period) and a salary of £58,400 per annum with annual bonuses up to 10%.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a newly merged team following a restructure and have greatly improved void turn around times for voided properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a team of x4 Voids & Lettings Officers, x3 Admins and x1 Surveyor
• Improving current procedures and writing policies to amend the current voids & lettings process
• Keeping a close eye on performance targets with a focus to reduce the current number of void properties and to ensure all properties are let quickly
• Managing the teams £4 million budget to improve the quality of void homes
• Ensuring compliances and health and safety checks are met

Experience required:

• Previously managed a housing team responisble for void properties
• Managed large budgets

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and management
• Financial management and budgeting
• Compliance and due diligence
