Job description

Our client, based in Kent, is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, and the salary for the position is £28,891 per annum.

This position offers 3 days working from home per week, and due to the nature of the role, the client is looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and has experience of data analysis and process management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the Senior Contract Manager regularly reporting on information related to contract delivery
  • Co-ordinate the day to day running of the contract, encompassing the planning of works and managing the performance and delivery to the required contract specification
  • Provide regular updates and support to Senior Contract Manager on contracts outcomes against programme
  • Undertake regular audit of contract related information including certification (Where applicable) and develop action plans for closing works in a consistent manner
  • Collate, analyse, monitor and report on KPIs within the contractual frameworks
  • Monitor and report on contract management meeting actions
  • Assist in the provision of information for the database for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessment and any other areas as required

Experience required:

  • Experience of data analysis and process management
  • Proven project management or contract experience
  • Ability to co communicate and influence contractors, colleagues and other stakeholders

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Must hold a valid UK driving license and have own vehicle for business use.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
  • Detailed knowledge of using a variety of JCT and partnering contracts
  • Proven influencing and negotiating skills to resolve problems
  • Sound judgement and prioritisation skills
