​We are currently working in partnership with an established and renowned consultancy, who are recruiting for a Quantity/Building Surveyor.

Salary range between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Our client is proud to have a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe, and with wider global capability. They have offices across the UK in London, Manchester & Maidenhead.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing the cost management strategy and delivery

• Undertaking both pre and post contract administration duties

• Producing appropriate tender documentation

• Managing risk processes and value management

• Working with supply chain and implement effective procurement

• Producing cost plans, feasibilities and optioneering

• Ensuring all project work meets all relevant technical and professional standards on a consistent basis

Experience required:

• Prior roles as a Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor

• Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or on the path to achieving this
