​We are currently partnering with a major UK charity, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,000 - £36,500 per annum (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a high volume of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues

• Supporting managers with probation reviews and performance capability processes

• Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and people-related matters

• Delivering and supporting HR initiatives using people data to inform decision-making

• Collaborating with HR, payroll and wider teams to support cyclical activities and organisational priorities

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective people management and outcomes

Experience required:

• Experience required in Employee Relations

• Experience covering a patch

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Must have own car

• Employment law

• Compliance and due diligence
