Job description

We are proud to be partnering with an a Greater Manchester based Housing Association who are looking to appoint a Repairs Scheduler on a contract for the next three months, with potential to be extended.

This will be a full-time position based in Manchester, which offers two days a week from home and an hourly rate of £17.50 on a PAYE basis, inclusive of holiday pay.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordinating and administrative experience, as well as being comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating damp and mould maintenance for social housing customers
  • Making amendments to bookings as needed
  • Liaising with customers, surveyors and contractors over the phone

Experience required:

  • Experience booking maintenance/ similar 

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Strong  IT skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
