We are currently working in partnership with an award winning Housing Association based in Macclesfield, who are looking to appoint a Maintenance Planner on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Macclesfield, with a salary of £29,483 per year.

The ideal candidate will have strong repairs planning and customer service experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting the administration of repair complaints, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Managing contract administration for the Trust's repairs and maintenance service, including insurance, recharges, Right to Buy, and disrepair claims
• Liaising with third-party contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, including Local Authorities, solicitors, and insurance representatives
• Providing triage support to internal departments, ensuring accurate and timely repair defect diagnostics in line with Trust policies and procedures
• Delivering prompt, professional, and accurate information to customers, ensuring repairs services meet Customer Service Standards and timescales

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
