We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in Cardiff who are looking to appoint a Multi-Trade Carpenter on a six month contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with an hourly rate of £22.50 per hour on a CIS basis.

The ideal candidate will be experienced working within domestic properties completing responsive carpentry works, with basic plumbing. 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out planned carpentry work in domestic properties such as hanging doors, fitting kitchens etc.
• Completing basic plumbing such as plumbing in taps, sinks, showers and bathS

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
