We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Watford, who are recruiting for a Lettings Officer on a temporary three-month contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £23 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have used the Orchard system previously, have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Letting Officer duties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee the reletting of 120 properties

• Conducting viewings

• Managing and running decant properties

• Performing affordability checks

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing
