We are currently partnering with a prominent Housing Association.

In pursuit of excellence, we are actively seeking a permanent position as Income Officer. This will be 4 days working from and one day in Wiltshire.

Salary of £33,600 per annum, with 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and offering a comprehensive training and developing programme.

Duties will include:

• Monitoring and managing caseloads of current rent, service chare, council tax and assets accounts

• Maintaining a proactive approach to recover and prevent rent arrars through the management of indivual rent arraers cases

• Dealing with mid to high level rent arrears and making cases requiring escalation and/or legal actions

• Providing advice to clients for rent arrears, welfare benefits, budgeting and liaising with colleagues, police, social services and other external agencies

• Attending court when required, drafting and completing NOSP’s and NTQ’s

• Chasing outstanding tenant arrears, monitoring rent accounts and former tenant arrears

• Delivering debt and complex benefit advice to maximize customers income and tenancy sustainment
