Housing Officer
Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Merseyside, who are recruiting for a Housing Officer in Liverpool on a temporary 6-month contract and a Housing Officer in St. Helen’s on a 4-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, and the hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £24 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Housing Officer duties.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a patch of properties across both regions respectively
Dealing with medium to low level ASB
Monitoring tenants rent accounts and chase rent arrears
Assisting with the lettings process
Assessing individuals who may fail their tenancies
Dealing with general estate and tenancy management
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing

Monday – Friday, contracted hours between 7am and 7pm
