Job description
Our client, based in Hampshire, is currently recruiting for a Complaints Officer on a short-term temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate is £24 per hour via Umbrella.
The ideal candidate will be an individual with excellent communication skills and a great phone manner.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints, acknowledging issues and setting clear expectations.
Investigating complaints thoroughly and determine fair, evidence-based outcomes
Communicating decisions clearly to customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners, including regulators and contractors
Providing constructive feedback to colleagues and teams to support service improvement.
Identifying and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and policies
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organisational and time management skills
Experience resolving complaints or negative consumer feedback
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working hours:
37 hours a week
Monday – Friday
9:00 – 17:00
