Our client, based in Gloucestershire, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a three - six month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. This role is to be paid on a per survey basis, managing your own diary, completing up to 45 surveys a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on domestic properties and ideally have strong IT experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing Stock Condition Surveys on flat, houses and blocks
• Updating findings on in house IT systems and iPads to inform future planned works programs
• Completing surveys in line with HHSRS

Experience required:

• Stock Condition experience
