We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Tenancy Officer on a temporary 2 month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have an Enhanced DBS certificate within 3 years, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Tenancy Officer duties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of properties across the Bristol region

• Dealing with medium to low -level

• Monitoring tenants rent accounts and chase tenants rent arrear

• Signposting customers to additional support provider

• Dealing with general estate and tenancy management

• Issuing of rent statements, payments cards, direct debit/standing order mandates to enable residents to pay their rent and service charges on time every time, promoting a payment culture

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• Experience handling ASB cases

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 am-4:30pm
