Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Stock Condition Surveyor on a 2 month temporary contract based in Lincolnshire.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates for this position range from £24 (UMB/LTD) per survey up to £208 (UMB/LTD) per survey.
The ideal candidate will have to be either MRICS or MCIOB & background in repairs and maintenance or building surveying with further stock condition surveying experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting stock condition surveys on a variety of commercial buildings ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
- Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
- Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
- Liaising and engaging with the businesses & the council in regards to the work being carried out
- Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
- MCIOB or MRICS
- Stock Condition Surveying experience
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Must hold a full UK driving license
