We are proud to be partnering with an action-oriented property consultancy with a national reach, who are looking to appoint a Survey Team Manager on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start on notice at earliest availability. The salary is £35,000 - £40,00 plus further benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in social housing with local authorities and have extensive stock condition experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting the Building Consultancy team with inducting surveyors and managing them on various stock condition programmes
• Completing stock condition surveys on a variety of different programmes when necessary to hit targets
• Performing quality assurance on survey data from multiple projects across the UK, ensuring all project surveyors are completing reports to meet clients’ standards
• Liaising with the surveyors on site, project coordinators and clients with any queries, to ensure smooth general running of the team
• Taking queries and helping surveyors with any technical or project issues

Experience required:

• Social housing experience
• Extensive stock condition surveying experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good communication skills
• Ambition to get stuck into the workload of the team
• Ability to travel when required
