Our client, based in Staffordshire, is currently recruiting for four Stock Condition Surveyors / EPC Assessors on a 12-month contract.
These positions are due to start in November on a full-time basis. The rate per survey is negotiable.
The ideal candidates will have experience of conducting stock condition surveys or EPCs on social housing properties and hold a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Conducting stock condition surveys or EPCs on social housing units
Ensuring buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire, and appropriate means of escape in case of fire from the building to a place of safety
Collecting data for compliance with Decent Homes Standards and utilising HHSRS knowledge
Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
Stock condition surveying or EPCs
Understanding of domestic energy assessments
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Decent Homes Standards
Understanding of fire safety compliance
Minimum 4 days commitment per week
Monday – Friday
9am - 5pm
