Our client is currently recruiting for a multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Yorkshire - Bradford, Leeds, Calderdale, Wakefield (3 months), Barnsley (12 months), Bassetlaw (12 months) and the North-east - Middlesbrough, Durham, Redcar (3 months).

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The per-survey rate is as follows:

House - £25, Flat - £20, Block - £25, (all UMB/LTD).

The ideal candidate will have prior experience completing stock condition surveys and have access to car.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
• Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
• Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
• Recording survey data accurately using digital systems
• Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies

Experience required:

• Previous stock condition experience
• Access to a car

Working schedule:

• Flexible hours
• 35 + surveys per week
