Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month temporary contract. Patches available include Hertfordshire, Tower Hamlets, West London, Greenwich, Harrow, Islington (Includes EPCs).

The rates for this position are £18 per flat, £25 per house & £28 per block.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis (4-5 days per week). The ideal candidate will have experience in completing Stock Condition Surveys and have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing units
  • Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also assessed energy characteristics and legislative compliance
  • Using knowledge of RdSAP to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveys
  • Liaising with and engaged with residents about work carried out
  • Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets

Experience required:

  • Experience in Conducting Stock Condition Surveys on Social Housing Units

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Must hold a UK driving license
