We are currently engaged in a collaborative partnership with a distinguished non-profit charity in Bristol. In pursuit of excellence, we are actively seeking a permanent position as Service Manager. This will be a full-time position based in Bristol.
Salary of £36,000 per annum (+£2,000 if CQC registered), with 33 days annual leave and access to award winning training and development within the sector.
Ideal candidate will have extensive experience of understanding CQC, supporting adults, support and manage staff teams and manage the performance of the team.
Duties will include:
Overseeing deputy staff management across the Bristol region, consistently achieving and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Collaborating closely with clients with learning disabilities providing dedicated support. Fostering close partnerships with both internal and external housing landlords to promptly address any arising issues.
Ensuring to cater unique needs of service users. Leading and inspiring a team to deliver care and support that promotes wellbeing.
Conducting comprehensive supervisions and performance appraisals, facilitating training opportunities as needed. Managing the online Rota system meticulously to guarantee sufficient staff coverage in alignment with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.
