Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading Property & Construction Consultancy, who are recruiting for a SeniorProject Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to have a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe working on world-renowned projects.

This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from £65,000 - £75,000 subject to experience and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing day-to-day delivery of projects

  • Developing strong relationships with clients and members of cross-functional teams

  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project

  • Producing cost plans, feasibilities and optioneering

  • Developing the project management strategy and delivery

  • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers

  • Managing sub-consultants and construction managers

Experience required:

  • Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)

  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation

  • JCT and NEC experience

  • Ideally experience within Education (University) and Residential

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects and different stages of delivery

  • Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets

  • Be conversant in large project delivery (up to £100m)
