• Providing high-level governance support to the Head of Governance, Risk and Assurance and the wider team during a period of disruption and transition, ensuring continuity and delivery of key governance priorities
• Supporting continued implementation of the Association's Governance Action Plan
• Assisting with policy reviews and consolidation
• Working on processes and documentation for fit and proper persons checks, ensuring compliance and completeness
• Supporting the recruitment process for new non-executive director
• Providing high-quality minute-taking for Board/Committee meetings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organisational standards
• Reviewing the organisation's compliance with Charity Commission requirements and related Charity law/regulation

Experience required:

• Social Housing Regulation and compliance, or similar regulated environment
• Proven experience in policy development and drafting high-quality Board/Committee papers
• Minute-taking expertise with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional records 

Working hours:

• Circa 21 hours per week
