We are proud to be partnering with a multi-disciplinary construction company, who are looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a 5-week contract.

This position is based in Crawley, with an hourly rate of £17-22 via an Umbrella Company (depending on experience).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within social housing & specifically kitchen and bathroom projects.  

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Liaising with residents on site to ensure works can be carried out
• Making appointments with tenants and acting as the main point of contact for tenants
• Answering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performed
• Sorting access issues for the works to be carried out, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working on kitchen & bathroom projects

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good problem solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
