Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
Salary: £23,200 - £26,100 (pro rata)
Hours: 08:30 am–17:30pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays (41 hours per week)
Contract: 6-month paid internship
Start Date: July 2026
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, sales-focused office environment?
This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical, transferable skills and gain genuine insight into the world of recruitment and sales. Designed for individuals at an early stage in their career the role provides structured exposure to recruitment methodologies, candidate engagement, and business development activity across a range of sectors.
You’ll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants building confidence and commercial awareness while developing skills that support future careers in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Supporting business development research and networking projects
· Conducting telephone interviews and video meetings with candidates
· Accurately updating systems and collating data in line with GDPR requirements
· Assisting with candidate engagement and market research activities
· Working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, supported by a close-knit and experienced team
