Job description

​We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing provider in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for two Repairs Administrator’s to join their exciting team on a three-month contract.

Our client is dedicated to finding innovative ways to involve their residents, while empowering their employees.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £15.50 per hour on a PAYE basis or £18.00 per hour on an umbrella basis.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as the main point of contact between customers and assets colleagues

  • Working in a team of Administrators, Resident Liaison Officers and Surveyors, as well as external contractors

  • Liaising with tenants over the phone and via email to take down and diagnose repair requests for domestic Social Housing properties

  • Scheduling for Trade Operatives to complete the required repairs/maintenance works and diary manage for all Operatives effectively

  • Accurately running trackers for repairs and maintenance works within assets

  • Checking that all jobs are completed or rescheduled at end of each day, ensuring all time slots are correct and tenants are aware of appointment timings

  • Liaising with Operatives and tenants, answering any queries and resolving any issues where possible

  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times, acting as a main point of contact for repairs enquiries and requests

Experience required:

  • Previously work experience within Social Housing, either from a contractor side or inhouse

  • Scheduling experience

  • The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience within a property and assets setting

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday
