Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing provider in the East Midlands, who are recruiting for two Repairs Administrator’s to join their exciting team on a three-month contract.
Our client is dedicated to finding innovative ways to involve their residents, while empowering their employees.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £15.50 per hour on a PAYE basis or £18.00 per hour on an umbrella basis.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Acting as the main point of contact between customers and assets colleagues
Working in a team of Administrators, Resident Liaison Officers and Surveyors, as well as external contractors
Liaising with tenants over the phone and via email to take down and diagnose repair requests for domestic Social Housing properties
Scheduling for Trade Operatives to complete the required repairs/maintenance works and diary manage for all Operatives effectively
Accurately running trackers for repairs and maintenance works within assets
Checking that all jobs are completed or rescheduled at end of each day, ensuring all time slots are correct and tenants are aware of appointment timings
Liaising with Operatives and tenants, answering any queries and resolving any issues where possible
Providing a high level of customer service at all times, acting as a main point of contact for repairs enquiries and requests
Experience required:
Previously work experience within Social Housing, either from a contractor side or inhouse
Scheduling experience
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience within a property and assets setting
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday
