We are currently partnering with a 200-year-old, global property and construction consultancy, who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to have a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe, and with wider global capability.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £45,000 to £60,000 (subject to experience) with the start date subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee day-to-day project delivery to ensure quality and efficiency
• Building and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Producing effective and efficient cost plans, feasibilities and optioneering
• Prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, and project documentation
• Managing sub-contractors and Construction Managers

Experience required:

• Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS) or on the path to achieving this
• Experience on refurbishment projects
• Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent people skills and communicator, both with client teams and team based

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
