Job description
We are currently partnering with a 200-year-old, global property and construction consultancy, who are recruiting for a Project Manager to join their well-established team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £45,000 to £60,000 (subject to experience) with the start date subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery to ensure quality and efficiency
- Building and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Establishing effective processes to be used over the course of the project
- Managing sub-contractors and Construction Managers
- Chairing and attending meetings
Experience required:
- Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or on the path to achieving this
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation
- NEC experience desirable
- Worked on refurb projects
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets
- Strong technical ability, commercial acuity, financially literate and comfortable controlling cost and risk
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm
