We are currently working with a fantastic charity who are looking to recruit for a People Data Analyst on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a remote position is due to start immediately with a salary of £37,000.

​

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role, and working knowledge of PowerBi and business objects.

​

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Creating a number of HR and People reports using Business Objects and PowerBi

• Responsible for accuracy of People data and have the ability to interrogate anomalies within prebuilt reports

• Providing reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation for People Directorate, and working with data sets across a range of sources

• Working with IT to streamline / automate reports where possible using the latest technology

• Drive through People information to generate insights that support the teams to make data-based decision making

• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation using Excel and PowerBi

• Utilising analysed data to support with the creation key KPI’s

• Continuously monitoring all People systems, discovering ways to make enhancements

• Performing and supporting any new configuration and testing of new functionality within the systems

• Working on People systems projects as directed by the People Data and Systems Manager

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of iTrent / Business Objects

• Previous experience analysing data in a People team setting

• Ability to comply with the principles of GDPR and maintain confidentiality at all times

• Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy

• Excellent level of IT literacy

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday - Friday

• 9am-5pm
