Our client, based in Bromley, is currently recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker on a 1 month rolling contract.

The position is due to start on 03/11/2025 on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.97 p/h via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with homeless clients, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and be prepared to work outreach.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a caseload of 20 complex needs clients
• Offering outreach support across the area
• Providing safeguarding for service users
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Crafting and implementing individualised support plans

Experience required:

• Experience required providing outreach support to homeless clients
• Experience working for a charity

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy and perseverance
• Ability to respond well to challenging circumstances or behavior

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• 2x 9:00 - 17:00
• 3x 5:00 – 14:00
